Meet Ashley
Judge Wysocki is the Presiding Judge of the 301st Judicial District Court of Dallas County, a family court. She was previously the Presiding Judge of the 254th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, another family court. As a family Court judge, she hears divorce suits, child custody matters, and adoptions, among other family matters. She has presided over hundreds of bench trials, jury trials, and contested hearings.
Judge Wysocki formerly served the citizens of Dallas County as Judge of the 162nd District Court and 44th District Court, both civil courts. In civil courts, Judge Wysocki presided over jury trial, bench trials, and contested hearings involving commercial disputes, property disputes, personal injury, and contractual disputes, among others.

Prior to taking the bench, Judge Wysocki worked at a national, Am Law 100 law firm in Dallas, Texas. Judge Wysocki’s over ten years of family, civil, and commercial law experience prior to taking the bench includes having represented businesses and individuals in contractual disputes, bankruptcy, personal injury, and property disputes.
When practicing family law, Judge Wysocki represented both men and women in a wide range of family law matters including divorce, complex property division, post-dissolution enforcement actions, and Premarital and Post-Marital Agreements. She is also trained in collaborative divorce.

Judge Wysocki attended Texas Tech University School of Law on a full academic scholarship. In law school, she was a member of the Board of Barristers competing in both Mock Trial and Moot Court, National Mock Trial Team, and was named a Distinguished Trial Advocate.
Judge Wysocki also completed a judicial externship during law school with Chief Justice Brian Quinn of the 7th Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Judge Wysocki graduated in three years with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. During undergraduate, Judge Wysocki was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta/Phi Eta Sigma Honor Fraternity and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She was also a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
Personal
Judge Wysocki lives in Dallas with her husband and three amazing children, ages 12, 9, and 2. Her husband is also a respected family law attorney in Dallas, Texas. The Wysockis enjoy spending their free time at their ranch in East, Texas.
